Loads of calendars!!!!

Good Evening all

I have been making the most of an unexpected day off work today by making loads of mini calendars. I haven't managed to take any photos of them because by the time I finished all 16 of them (!) the light was too dim. I will take lots of piccies before I put the in my web-shop.

I have decided to share a card that I made this weekend. I love this layout and have used it with one of my fav stamps at the  moment. I got on a bit of a roll and made the same card in every possible colour. (Look in my web-shop to see the different versions)

My thoughts are with everyone who have lost loved ones or who currently have loved ones who are not with them.

Good news and bad news

Yeah! - A decision has finally been made about the injury to my shoulder

Boo! - I have to have an operation


Finally after injections, pain killers, anti-depressants, physiotherapy, scans, x-rays  and sleeping tablets I have been given a diagnosis. The sudden jolt caused by the car crash caused whiplash and now that the symptoms of that disappeared it revealed a FROZEN SHOULDER! I have not been able to comb my hair, get dressed, dry myself after getting out of the shower, do any ironing and loads more stuff. Even carrying a cup of coffee in my right handf has been almost impossible.

I have been told that I could wait several years for it to improve by itself and then it is not certain that I would get my full range of movements back OR I could have an operation that could give me back about 90% of my movements. Either way I am to expect not to have the mobility that I had before the accident.

Because I wont be able to do much crafting after the op, I have been making the most of it now. Here is one of the cards that I made today. It is now for sale in my web-shop

Christmas Fair

Good Evening

I am getting really excited and really nervous at the moment. The tiny village where I live have just announced that they are holding a Christmas Fair. Graham decided it would be a fanastic idea for me to go and sell/exhibit some of my cards. I agreed that it sounded like a good idea until......... I saw the size of the table that I will be given to show my items. Its ENORMOUS!!!!! I am going to be spending an awful lot of time crafting over the next few weeks. I managed to complete 4 cards to day but that is only going to take up a tiny corner of the table.
